Exciting news! We have just become qualified to offer an amazing
program through The Washington Housing and Finance Commission. This
program is called the MCC (Mortgage Credit Certificate 2009
Program) and offers up to a $60,000 tax rebate (and in some cases
even more). This program is a tax credit that puts extra cash in
your pocket each month, so that you can more easily afford a house
payment, which means fewer tax dollars will be withheld from your
regular paycheck, increasing your take-home pay. This tax rebate is
in addition to the $8,000 first time home buyer credit!
